Welcome everyone, to sign up for the site go to the recruitment tab and just submit a request. We will approve of it, you then accept our acceptance and you'll be officially a member on the site. Simple as that.
IF you don't apply to Utinnie specifically you'll be considered a guest and thus, will have very little access.
Some people are still not accepting our acceptance. You need to accept the guild invite AFTER you are accepted. It's goofy, but hey, I think it's so people don't join guilds automatically they just wanted to "scope out" with an application.
